This is the 2nd time we have purchased a mattress from Eugene Mattress! Fantastic experience! Great, knowledgeable customer service! Fast on the order. Best of all, they noticed an issue before delivering. Took it upon themselves to order a new cover, but yet delivered on time as expected. Communication was fantastic by all! The guys who came out called ahead, gave times they met, were professional and trust worthy. I highly recommend doing business here.

Purchased a mattress for our guest room a couple months ago but forgot to leave a review. Casey was great and found us exactly what we were looking for. The mattress was well within budget as well. So incredibly grateful for this small business and the family that runs it! I had a lot of difficulty going to other stores because the salesman are almost always on commission. Which usually means they would follow you and tell you what you need. Some salesman continuously pushed financing to the point where it was becoming uncomfortable to say "no" after 3 times. I understand that this is there job, but there are other sales tactics to utilize (I'm in sales as well -different industry). After sharing my experience, friends and family referred me here. Let me tell ya, walking into American Mattress was SO refreshing! I was welcomed in. I let them know what I needed and then they pointed me in the right direction to look around. They didn't hover but they were always nearby if I had any questions. They were very experienced and informative and absolutely did not push me to buy (I had visited 3x before making a decision) and they were not on commission because they're a family run business. They do free delivery and haul away in Eugene/Springfield. They are so quick! I got my mattress home the very next business day!! So far, I love my new mattress. I just had to share my experience. I am glad that my money went here rather than a major corporation. Thanks American Mattress! Definitely recommend.

Really happy I bought my new Simmons queen bed and box spring from American Mattress. Great delivery and set up and took away my old bed. I've been sleeping so much better. After deciding to take the wheels off the frame they even helped me with free parts for the two center posts. Will definitely shop here again and highly recommend to my friends and family.

Absolutely fantastic! I desperately needed a queen box, but kept getting quoted over $300 around town. Luckily, I called American Mattress. They hooked me up with a brand new box spring, delivered, for almost half of what the other places wanted. On top of that, free delivery. The delivery guys were awesome! Professional, efficient and nice! I could not be more pleased.
