Tatnuck is a great place to live! The business office staff are amazing. They were great from the initial stages of preparing the apartment and lease signing. They understood my busy schedule and were very flexible about staying late so I could meet with them etc. They have consistently displayed excellent customer service, even after lease signing! Very friendly and responsive to the needs of tenants! I would recommend this place for sure! After some years (it's now 2021), I have to edit this review just to say, the staff at Renew are even more amazing than before. They are great at accommodating you if you are someone who has to be in different locations at different times, like myself. They are helpful in helping you manage your place when there are changes that have you travelling and changing locations for different reasons. They do much more to help than you pay for. They are also amazing with minorities and persons of different nationalities. Special mention here of Tanya, she has amazing customer service skills. It's great to live here. Please keep up the excellent work!!!!!

Ive been living in this apartment for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The location is fantastic, offering convenient access to local amenities and public transportation. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. Jessica is responsive and helpful, always addressing any concerns promptly. Overall, it's a comfortable and welcoming place to call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great living space.

Everything about this place is great- location, safety, and community. There is lovely pool and new gym facility. My son’s apartment had just been renovated and it was beautiful. But the absolute best part of living here is the responsive, dedicated and friendly management and maintenance team- Tanya, Deanna, Rafi and Jimmy- and I can’t sing their praises high enough! My son would return in a heartbeat!

Mr Evans is an exceptional person and maintenance manager. He is respectful, courteous and aware of his surroundings. He responds to calls promptly; does a spectacular job at solving problems and creating solutions to any issues in the apartment. The office staff is very respectful, helpful, understanding and caters to residents needs. They also go out of their way to find resolutions for any situation or issues you might be faced with. Thanks the Fairways team, you always make me feel at home.

I’ve had a great experience living here. Mr. Evans from maintenance always does an excellent job — he comes right away whenever I need something and fixes it quickly and professionally. Also, Susan and Peta in the office are always very kind and helpful. They are friendly, responsive, and always take care of any concerns I have. I really appreciate the service and support from the whole team!

I've lived at the Fairways for just about a decade and the staff is what makes this place so pleasant to live. They keep it running sharp and if you ever have a problem they are very quick to solve it. I appreciate everything they do! Shout out to the landscape company for making this place look nice and the snow crew for removing that cold horrible stuff that takes up parking spots.
