We had a wonderful experience shopping at Bob's. Susan helped us through our purchase. She was knowledgeable about the items we were interested in. She was very patient in answering all of our questions and extremely polite and courteous. She truly cared about our being comfortable and satisfied with our decision. The Manager, Jason, was also very helpful, kind and courteous. We will definitely shop at Bob's again in the future and we will be sure to ask for Susan to assist us on our next purchase.

Salesman Matt met us at the door with a welcoming smile and pointed out the specific type of couch we were looking for. Gave us space to search and view different types of couches. Not pushy at all! He was there at all times to answer any questions we had. Prices are phenomenal compared to other area furniture stores. We are happy with the choice we made and the delivery was set for less than a week from purchase.

Very helpful. We were looking for a second bureau to a set we ordered almost a year ago. It's been discontinued, but there was one in the clearance area, we had it ordered, paid for and delivery scheduled in 5 minutes. And our previous visits were great too. We love Bobs.

Great experience and amazing couple managing all this all on their own over there! I've already returned a few times to buy more stuff! I'd much rather pay less and give my $ to someone in my community rather than a big box store with pushy, grumpy sales ppl fighting for Commision any day! We have been back time & time again. I've sent multiple people over there who also came back to me super grateful and astonished at the price difference for literally the same exact furniture on display at local big box stores at the time.

I can’t remember how many beds of purchases from Boxdrop central MA as I keep going back. Prices are unbeatable. That’s not even the best part… they have inventory you can take home that day. You want high end, yup and it’s cheaper than going direct or to other stores. Something for every budget. Then add Sean and Lindsey and their fantastic team. Make these guys your first and only stop.

My family only uses this company for our new mattresses! Great communication, easy to get an appointment, high quality products and easy payment. The delivery and removal option is so helpful and 100% worth it. My mattress was even delivered before our scheduled day because they had an opening. Professional staff and great overall experience. We will be back for any future furniture needs.

I am very satisfied with my choice in the store. Paula Pimentel, the saleswoman who helped me was very attentive. She helped me from the beginning with the choice of a great product until the delivery which was super fast. She is very good and I recommend. I am very happy with the purchase.

I would like to especially thank Paula for her excellent service, both in person and over the phone. The entire purchase was delivered on the scheduled date. There was an incident with a piece of furniture. I called the store and made a complaint. A few weeks later, they came back to my house and replaced the defective item. The delivery people were very polite. I highly recommend the entire team. Thank you.
