Great atmosphere and welcoming. As soon as we walked in was greeted and asked if assistance was needed. Found what I needed. Travis was very helpful and made the transition easy. He answered all questions and assured me the mattress I was buying was the right one. Dejour very helpful and polite in bringing out our mattress and helping put it in car. Thank you for a great experience. I will highly recommend Bob's to anyone.

Alex Martinez was very professional and courteous. He went and checked inventory even when other associates said there were none in stock of the item I needed-and he was able to find it! The sale was no pressure (as I needed to come back the next day), and he completed the transaction seamlessly. I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend them.

My experience at Bob’s discount furniture in Worcester Massachusetts was a very good one. I was assisted and helped out very much and I had questions about the bedroom sets there and they were answered sufficiently, Bod which was the bobs discount furniture employee there help to set me up with my purchase for a bedroom set for my son. I have been shopping there for decades and once again, they did not disappoint! They have a decent inventory on the floor and I just purchased a reclining couch, chair and end tables. All were reduced significantly and available for immediate delivery. I will be back to Rotmans.

The sales person was extremely helpful despite me changing my mind three times... which resulted in three changes ordered on different days. The delivery drivers were incredible, sweet and very helpful. Thank you Rotmans for such a positive experience.

Great experience shopping here overall. I came in for a relatively small purchase of a cocktail living room table, but the associates still treatrd my shopping transaction carefully and with great attention. Chrys and Andre were very helpful and attentive. I would certainly shop here as the need arises for more furniture.
