I could not recommend Brian at the Mattress Firm Worcester - Lincoln Plaza Location MORE! I usually shop at Jordan’s but felt like Brian really took the time to explain pros & cons of bases, various mattresses, check the outlets for possible deals, and make sure I was getting the lowest possible price point in addition to providing his personal recommendations on cost/value. He was incredibly patient, thorough and helpful. I will return to this store again anytime I need a mattress solely to work with Brian again. Absolute gem of a human, super genuine and personable - not just someone trying to sell you something for commissions sake really takes care of the customer and treats you like family - 10/10 experience.

Eric was a very professional representative for your store. Very knowledgeable about the different mattresses and took the time to explain each o r to me and had me try the most expensive as well as the cheapest and many others in between so I couldn’t justify a feel the difference and find the one that was tight for me. He didn’t pressure me in buying a more expensive mattress but allowing me the time to try the ones that I felt most comfortable with until I decided on my perfect fit. It was a pleasure doing business with Eric and Mattress Firm and have already posted on Facebook about my experience and already had a friend state they think it’s time to buy a new mattress as well and will check out Mattress Firm.

Brian at Mattress Firm is our new mattress guy. He has such an approachable, knowledgable and honest personality. He doesn't try to up sell you on a mattress u don't need, he just tries to outline all options he thinks will work for your sleep habits and tries to get u the lowest price. First time buying a mattress at this store but it won't be the last and I'll definitely be working with Brian.

The delivery and removal option is so helpful and 100% worth it. My mattress was even delivered before our scheduled day because they had an opening. Professional staff and great overall experience. We will be back for any future furniture needs.

Absolutely loved it! We found exactly what we needed here after going to a ton of furniture stores and prices being out of our range. We were able to secure a very comfortable sectional that was the perfect size for our apartment! Lindsey and Scott were super great and kind and gave us all the information we needed.

My boyfriend and I are moving into a new place and needed furniture. Boxdrop was a great option and had cheap prices and lots of inventory! They get new items very frequently, which helped to find the perfect fit for us. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!.

She was very patient in answering all of our questions and extremely polite and courteous. She truly cared about our being comfortable and satisfied with our decision. The Manager, Jason, was also very helpful, kind and courteous. We will definitely shop at Bob's again in the future and we will be sure to ask for Susan to assist us on our next purchase.

My boyfriend and I just bought a couch from Bob’s Furniture, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! We got a great deal, and our salesman, Al, made the process even better. He was kind, helpful, and very professional from start to finish. We really appreciated his patience and guidance in helping us find the perfect piece. Highly recommend asking for Al if you're shopping there.

Salesman Matt met us at the door with a welcoming smile and pointed out the specific type of couch we were looking for. Gave us space to search and view different types of couches. Not pushy at all! He was there at all times to answer any questions we had. Prices are phenomenal compared to other area furniture stores. We are happy with the choice we made and the delivery was set for less than a week from purchase.
