We have been living here for almost 2 years and we are very satisfied with our overall experience. The management treat us well, the pool, the common areas and the property are well maintained. Additionally, maintenance has been very responsive. Today, Charles fixed my water heater and toilet with same day request. He is respectful and polite. I definitely recommend this apartment complex.
I put in a maintenance request and Charles came to fix the issue in my apartment. Charles was fantastic. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and timely. I would definitely request him again, if needed.
The maintenance staff is responsive and very efficient. Charles does a great job and any issue is taken care of on the same day the service order is issued. Thank you!
