Very nice apartment. Staff is very personable and friendly. Landscaping is always being taken care of and buildings are always clean. Every single time I have a maintenance issue, Shane is ALWAYS on the case within 5 minutes, EVERY TIME. The man is quite literally the Superman of maintenance. He makes City Vista a very pleasant place to live. Never lived somewhere with maintenance so on the ball. Overall, the best apartment complex I’ve lived in.
I have been living here at City Vista for about 3 months now. Any maintenance issues I have, the maintenance director Shane & his staff addresses the concerns immediately & efficiently. The property managers/staff are all very nice & accommodating, and the grounds are gorgeously maintained. I am extremely happy I decided to relocate from Carnegie to this gem in Greentree.
My fiancé and I live at City Vista and we love it here. They are dog friendly and always helpful in the office. Denise the manager is always nice to talk to and she can get any issues resolved.
