This hotel was awesome! It exceeded my expectations. Quiet at night, no outside noise! spa like bathroom!! Comfortable beds like heaven. clean as a whistle, I came for the marathon and thanks to the Westin it was a great experience, no negatives, a lovely starbucks coffee bar upon finishing the race too. I used the self parking in the basement and it was super convenient. Hotel Connects to the convention center. The elevators were super fast too i never had to wait long for any of them, if you want to be at the start line and have a great race experience this is the place. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Easy to get to, centrally located hotel with very convenient self-parking in the garage below and lots of fast elevators. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The king room was clean and spacious. Our conference came off smoothly and it was easy to quickly navigate between rooms and floors. I didn't have time to enjoy dinner in the burger restaurant but I heard it was good. There is a Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, and gourmet popcorn shop as well. Recommend.

The hotel is located conveniently and is near to all the nice and cozy restaurants. Loved the ambience in the hotel and how accommodating it was. The walkways are nice and close to the river. Me and my family had fun. Just to mention the rooms were clean and well maintained.

After seeing some reviews right before our stay, we were very skeptical and were second-guessing our decision to book this hotel. I am so glad that we stayed the course and didn't cancel. The view from our room was spectacular (18th floor out of 24), check-in was a breeze, felt very safe in the surroundings, and tons of places to walk to for food, drinks, and things to do! Our room was spotless and the A/C kept it nice and cool. The only things keeping it from 5-star rooms are how small and dated the rooms are and the bathroom set-up. Not much room to walk around but was adequate for just being in the room to sleep and get ready for the day. The bathroom door is a pocket door and essentially see-through - ours didn't shut all the way so it was even worse than I was expecting based on prior reviews. That being said, the bathroom was spotless and the shower got hot right away and no issues with water pressure. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! The valet is a little chaotic but they do an outstanding job. It was nice to not have to worry about finding parking during a busy weekend.

My stay at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with stunning a stunning views of the rivers. The staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in and out a breeze. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown, close to restaurants and attractions. Great choice… been here often for over 8 years. Right after checking in it was a torrent of rain, pretty cool… then the clouds began to break.

Great location and the room has an INSANE view of the river! The bed was comfortable and the AC blasted! Which was nice because it was very hot in Pittsburgh. The rooms are a little outdated but it was fine. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. I would stay here again.
