Shane is the man, he answers within minutes of submitting your maintenance request and usually takes care of any issues that same day. He is always super nice and cares about the residents! This is by far the best care and service I’ve ever had living somewhere. We appreciate Shane and all that he does for us!.

City Vista is truly a great place to live! The community is warm and welcoming, and the staff goes above and beyond. Sunny at the front desk is fantastic—always ready to help and made our move-in process smooth and stress-free. Shane, the maintenance technician, is equally amazing. He responds promptly to work orders and is always willing to lend a hand or offer helpful advice. Their dedication really makes a difference!.

I am brand new to this building, and I have LOVED it! We had some very minor issues when we moved in (like I broke the blinds on my window trying to put them up) and when we called, Shane came within 5 minutes, assessed the problem, provided a temporary fix, and ordered the new parts to fix it permanently! He truly is so amazing, and provides prompt, professional, well thought out care for ANY issue! So incredibly grateful for this place.

SKYVUE APARTMENTS REVIEWS

Overall, the apartment is nice and modern, standing at a good price as compared to college dorms. The staff are great as well - Taigue made the leasing process quick and easy and he always knows what he’s doing. My roommates and I had some stuff that wasn’t working properly after moving in and Jackson was able to get everything fixed immediately, which was great as well.

Taigue was great throughout the application process, My roommate's and I were able to go through the application process and sign the lease in 2 days!.

Great environment, helpful staffs, one of the top apartments to live at in Pittsburgh… And I’ve lived in dorms, houses, and apartments throughout my 4 years at Pittsburgh… so far nothing beats the experience at Skyvue. They also have events and free foods every month!.

HEINZ LOFTS REVIEWS

Friendly staff, spacious apartments. There are three main apartment buildings, the Cerial building (leasing office, mail room, gym, apartments, pet washing station, community room), the Bean building, and the Meat building. The Shipping building is the parking garage. The building is mostly quiet, it is still an apartment, though. Street parking is very limited.

We had a good experience here. Meghan was helpful throughout our time. Recommend this place particularly if you need a shorter term lease or if you're new to the city as it's in a great location. Only complaint is parking is difficult.

I have lived in apartments all over the US and Heinz Lofts was by far my favorite! It is a Great place to live! It is in a perfect location and convenient for all kinds of activities! The staff is always super friendly and quickly resolve any issues. Of which, I had very few. The property manager, Linnaea, was always available and treated my son and I like family. I wish she would come and manage my new place in Arizona! They also hold fun activities year round for residents to mingle and get to know one another, which we enjoyed!.
