Nicole was very patient as I tried every mattress in the store. I had a hip replacement. Was having issues with pressure on my hip and needed to find a mattress was not painful to sleep on. She showed us what was available. She knowledgeably told us the pros and cons of each mattress disregarding price point and letting us know what would work best. Then we made our own decision on what we thought would work for us. Nicole recommended which ones might be the best for what I was looking for, but yet we were able to choose and she would give us information on the any mattress that we were interested in. Nicole is probably one of the best sales people I've ever dealt with. I would definitely go back again and would recommend anybody go back again.

Excellent service, Nicole the store manager was extremely knowledgeable, professional and I felt that she had my best interest in mind, and I trusted her advice and guidance. I am very satisfied with the purchase and I feel that she help me make a great decision. I was impressed that her service was excellent.

Absolutely a great experience. I don’t like making big decisions and Nicole and Kyle were very helpful answering all our questions. Decided on a purple mattress. Highly recommend this location.

From the moment I stepped through the door, Mr. Ray greeted me with such warmth and kindness that I instantly felt at home. As a college student on a budget, I really appreciated the variety of options available to me. It’s comforting to know that there are places where you can find both quality and affordability. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this location; it truly makes a difference to feel welcomed and understood.

Stan was a great representative of the Levin corporation. He was pleasant and easy to work with. My spouse and I want in just to look and try out new mattresses but we ended up purchasing a great package that checked all of the boxes. We are return customers and would shop at the Baum Blvd Levin anytime!.

Ray Very was super friendly and helped us immensely on making our first big purchase as a couple. We got a great deal and he worked with us every step of the way! Cannot say enough good things about him. Super satisfied.

I had a great experience with Original Mattress! From shopping on their website, to phone conversations and ordering, to the delivery, the overall attitude of their business felt relaxed but professional. The staff are willing to give helpful advice, but they didn't pressure me into making any decisions. Specifically, I appreciated working with Bill, who answered my questions and helped process my order via phone, and I also appreciated Ken and Darryl's professional and very timely delivery of the mattress! The mattress itself feels well made and was a decent price for the quality! I'm still getting used to it, but it suits my needs and I am overall happy with it. Would definitely recommend Original Mattress to others!.

Honestly just a tremendous experience. Joseph was incredibly experienced, professional, and courteous. I basically got the exact mattress I was looking for and the price I was looking for; no pressure to upsell or tack on hidden fees. Everything was incredibly transparent without any sales pressure. Needed a new mattress, walked out 30 minutes later with a new mattress, one that I'm pretty excited about. Fantastic experience and will likely be returning every 10 years to purchase from them again.

Best place in Pittsburgh to buy a mattress. They make them right there.
