Cortland Arrowhead Summit

I have lived at Cortland for about a year now. I love it so much! The team is so helpful and quick! Community is kind, property is always clean, and I have never had an issue since moving in. Bailey has been amazing in the move in process and answering any questions we have had. I HIGHLY recommend coming to Cortland and working with Bailey!!!!!!!! My wife and I are planning on living here for as long as we can. 10/10.

This community is great; clean quiet, and the employees are nice. Dan from maintenance helped with a leak and was able to find it, fix it and cleanup in a timely manner. Met the supervisor I think his name is David. Super nice guy! Real one in a million talent that guy. Overall the property is great and I would recommend it.

The property is super beautiful and very well maintained. All staff members in office are very professional and helpful. My wife and I were looking for a new apartment and we came here and fell in love instantly. Colin helped us with the tour and our application and was very knowledgeable and professional through it all. We are very excited to move into our new apartment!
