I've heard over the years many stories about how good Sanderson's Ford is to deal with. This was my first experience with them. Hector was my salesman at Sanderson Ford-I got his name through a friend. I called him and told him specifically what I was looking for and when I arrived at Sanderson's he had two cars out and ready for me to test drive. I spent about an hour there on Friday when I decided which one I wanted to purchase. Hector set up all the paperwork. He showed me how to use all of the things that I've never had in a car before-and I got all set up on the Ford app on my phone! I spent about an hour there on Saturday signing papers with my son. I'm very happy with my Ford Escape.

Mike Alevizos has been a respected contact for twelve years now. I am very happy with my new Maverick, more so that Mike helped me to make the idea a reality. I cannot recommend him and the Sanderson Ford dealership more.

On Memorial Day I decided the vehicle I had which was a Toyota Avalon was too small for my needs. I was looking through various situations to upgrade my vehicle to more of an SUV. Upon going through Facebook Marketplace , I found a Cadillac I was interested in at Arrowhead Cadillac. I called to see if it was available and it was, I drove the car and it was just perfect. I turned my car in and purchase the Cadillac SUV I wanted. The service was more than exceptional. It was towards the end of the day and Joe, Paul and Polly were the ones that assisted me. Not only was everything done in an efficient manner, it was an enjoyable experience. I would recommend Arrowhead Cadillac in a heartbeat! Not only am I happy but now, my pups Rosie and Rusty are happy as well.

We are on vacation in Scottsdale and unexpectedly got a new car! Frank was our salesperson and did an exceptional job. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and extremely efficient in helping us put a great deal together very quickly. My husband and I both agreed that this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had at a dealership (and there have been many!!) Ms. Phoenix was also amazing, friendly, informative and helpful with all of our paperwork. We live in Las Vegas and would absolutely drive down to Scottsdale again in the future because of the great customer service we received at Arrowhead! We love our new Cadillac XT5.
