Just done working with Amy to complete a furniture purchase. She did an amazing job finding the piece we were looking for and she was able to get it scheduled for delivery within minutes! It was an amazing experience for sure. Will have to also add that the store was well organized and clean. The atmosphere is very welcoming and open. All the staff took the time to greet us and were all very friendly! I especially liked that they were all very knowledgeable and put our needs first! This was a great location to get to learn about options for financing and top-notch customer service! Wonderful prices on their selection and I would highly recommend it everyone! We were looking for furniture for a few months and kept going back to the same store to see if we still liked our choices. Leslie was amazing and although commission based, was not too pushy. She took the time to really make the sale, even when we weren’t totally ready. When we finally made the decision, she remembered little details about us that made us feel like valued customers. The delivery staff were great. They came in to visualize where we wanted our furniture to go, even going back and forth to make sure they had all of the pieces. They were quick and efficient in their set up. When they left, there was no trash or any evidence that they were even there. Amazing experience and I definitely recommend.

Derrick McNeill is an AMAZING Sales Associate! I have been out all day trying to find the perfect couch set at a perfect price…and Derrick took me right to it at the Ashley Furniture Store. We recently purchased a couch, coffee table and two end tables at MOR in Glendale and received the best service. Roland was our salesperson and he was great in allowing us time to shop without constantly following us around the store. I absolutely hate that other furniture stores I've been to recently following you around the store and the pressure to purchase. I did not have that kind of an experience at all with MOR. Roland also graciously put up with my request of moving end tables in one area of the store and moving them next to a couch we were interested in to see if they went together. The purchase of the end tables was actually made after a second trip to the store. After getting the couch and coffee table we decided we needed the end tables. We could have purchased them online but we had such a great experience at the store we wanted to make the extra trip in and we were glad we did. The entire team at the Glendale store are awesome!!
