3 Best Mattress Stores in Glendale, AZ

We did not go to the Brooklyn Bedding store in Glendale today with the intentions of making a purchase. Original goal was to gather enough information to make a decision. Wendy greeted us immediately upon entering the store. she was very warm, personable, and really knew her stuff. we have rarely been treated by a sales person as well as she treated us. She answered almost all of our questions without us having to ask them. she gave us information we didn’t know we needed and by the time we were done, we walked out making a purchase we were very comfortable with. If you’re looking to purchase a new bed, I would highly recommend you stop in and visit before you make your final decision.

Theo was very knowledgeable about it sleeping positions and helped us picked a great mattress that worked for my fiancé and myself. He was very professional and did not pressure us to buy when we decided to look around elsewhere. We ultimately bought a mattress (Aurora Cloud Luxe) from here because of the quality of the mattress and the quality of the service we received.

Wendy was fantastic! She answered all of our questions and was straightforward with pricing, didn't have to play any sales games. We never felt pressured. Best of all she kept our kids entertained throughout our entire time in the store! Would not hesitate to come back here in the future.

My wife and I visited our local Sleep Number store primarily to look for a mattress that might help me with my chronic low back pain. We were helped by Mr. Greg Schwab. After a discussion of what we were trying to achieve, as well as my back issues, he showed us several mattresses and the two he recommended. He spent at least an hour with us, showing us the features of the mattresses as well as the bases (mostly with us, laying on the beds and experiencing how the mattress felt in various positions). Two of the positions he showed me for back and side sleeping actually resulted in me having no pain during that time. He also explained all the features to us, as well as the current sale prices. I felt that his knowledge of the product was excellent, and there was never any “hard sell”. We visited several other bed manufacturer stores and were much less impressed with their representatives, but also their demonstration of their products. In addition, I didn’t experience resolution of my back pain while on their products. We ultimately purchased a Sleep Number bed with an adjustable frame, but we have not yet received it. Perhaps I will update my review after we’ve had the bed for a while. So far, everything has been excellent.

This was the first time we went to a Sleep Number store. We were greeted by Jordan Portney, the Sleep Expert, on duty. She was so friendly and helpful. We tried out two different mattresses and decided to purchase the second one. Jordan worked with us through pricing and financing, and delivery options. She went the extra mile and explained how the Sleep Number app worked and how to set up the mattress. She stayed in constant communication to make sure we got what we wanted and were happy with the purchase. Thank you Jordan.
