I am updating my review. I have lived at this property for over three years, and the experience has been magnificent. The maintenance team is the absolute best, and with the recent changes in management, I’ve noticed that they have elevated the property to a whole new level. I haven't had much direct contact with the office staff myself, but my wife tells me they are phenomenal—providing great service and always being friendly. I also want to give a special shout-out to Sergio; I’ve always had excellent communication with him, and I always see him looking cheerful and greeting all the residents. Oh, and one last thing: I would love to see you host more food truck events! Thanks for everything—keep up the great work!.

Hi, I did a tour of your property on Saturday and Hannah was phenomenal. I’m looking for apartment for my daughter who will be joining us here in Arizona soon to go to school. Hannah was very informative and courteous. She took the time to go over all of the details and was very helpful. She was very positive and upbeat and was eager to assist us. It was a pleasure having her available to go over all the details. She made sure all our questions were answered and made us aware of local surroundings. Gave me a feeling of security for my daughter.

Been living here for almost 5 years and I love it ! New ownership took over and they are really working on a lot of up grades and so grateful for it. It's a really beautiful property all around. Office staff is very friendly and maintenence does a great work especially Felipe, he is always such a hard worker and takes care of us when we need work. Great place to live!.

Both Tricia and Erica are definitely my 2025 Hero’s. They both worked so fast and hard to help me have an amazing apartment. They are very informative about all the things a new tenant might need. The area and property is very well maintained. They are very helpful and prompt with all my questions or concerns. Im so greatful for both of these ladies and I can’t wait to use the beautiful gym and pool that’s right on the property as well. So anyone looking for a new place to call home……. Tricia at the front office is wonderful if you need anything or have questions. She is knowledgable, friendly and professional. Stillwater is a nice community with great staff and resonably priced apartments especially in this economy and they have SRP!! I have a 1 bed 1 bath with hardwood floors, beautiful cabinets, faux marble countertops (but still nice), a nice front balcony with storage closet and back balcony!! Square footage is nice as well, I love this space!! 10 out of 10 would recommend and ask for Tricia Ortiz when you go!!.

Trisha, GG and team are so compassionate, I do believe that Still waters apartment atmosphere is more like family oriented! Do miss out.
