Elan Oceano

Elan Oceano Management is very friendly and attentive. Maintenance men are very kind and hard working, any maintenance request I put in was resolve in a timely manner. We lived here very comfortably, with great respectful neighbors around us. Beautiful apartment's inside and out. Great gym provided, nice pool area, good amount of parking spaces and the best part in unit washer and dryer. Also a nice little park I was able to take my kiddos to play at. Never had any issues living at Elan Oceano, we loved renting here for the time being.

My family and I absolutely love living here. All of the girls in the office are absolutely amazing. They have been so helpful whenever I've needed something. Same goes for the maintenance staff! I've had a few minor maintenance issues and they have been taken care of so quickly. The grounds are also kept so clean. I would like to thank the staff at Capella for doing such an amazing job and providing my family with an amazing place to live.

Spacious and open layout. I like the management here. They go out of their way to help out with anything you need. Suzie and Jasmin are always eager to help. Pool and Hot Tub were resurfaced this year too. So, Thanks! for making me feel like family.
