Stellar Service from Joe! We recently had Joe come out to adjust our door, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received. From the moment he arrived, Joe was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, which was incredibly helpful and reassuring. Not only did he fix the issue quickly and efficiently, but his courteous demeanor and attention to detail truly stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who combines expertise with such a personable approach. Highly recommend Joe for anyone needing quality service, you’ll be in great hands.

These guys are the best in the biz! Seriously. We had a corrupt contractor install our La Cantina Doors incorrectly. He then abandoned the job and left us with a door that was not functioning properly. I found these guys on a Google search and then began working with a NEW contractor and he said "Oh, these guys are the BEST. I would never install a La Cantina Door without them." I worked with Brandon and the owner Joe. They were professional from beginning to end and super easy to work with. They knew exactly what the issues were and re-installed our door perfectly. It's beautiful!! I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys.

BEST DOOR SERVICE COMPANY EVER!! Since purchasing our home, I have had several door service AND 2 locksmiths attempt to fix 3 sets of custom sliders. No one could fix them! No one! That is until I called Slider Solutions! Their office manager, Shannon, was not only incredibly kind, professional, empathetic and responsive when I called. She got her professional and incredibly skilled techs, Fred and Robert to come out within 30 minutes. I cannot tell you how much I valued Fred and Robert. They were kind, upbeat, efficient, respectful, responsible and as equally motivated and enthusiastic as Shannon to fix my doors and the locks. The best part? They were incredibly knowledgeable and skilled! They can now count me as their new, loyal customer. I am referring them to everyone. Thank you.

A great family owned local business. They are small enough that the company owner, Evan, came to my house and quickly measured and provided some cost-effective suggestions that improved on my original plan. Large enough that they employ numerous skilled installers who do the job right the first time. They have no sales team or advertising because they do not need it. I have already recommended them to several people who have or will use Pelican. You can’t miss with Pelican.

Highly recommend this company for any of your window needs. Evan came out to give us a bid and helped design a window to replace a French door. It even has a place for a doggy door. Everything went smoothly AND quickly from order to installation. Great company, great price and great product. Thanks Pelican!

Pelican Team were absolutely amazing. Installation went very well. Armando, Guillermo and Alex worked so hard and were so very professional. Jodi was very helpful as well. Outcome was awesome and we are so happy we chose Pelican. Pricing was very reasonable. They also took down our window treatments and re-installed them for us. We are extremely happy with all our Milgard Trinsic 8 windows and our slider patio door. I would have no problem in recommending them. It was a great experience and they finished exactly on time in one day as promised.
