I just got home from a wonderful experience at JJ Jeweler. I had my wedding ring (24 years old) and my mother's wedding set (77 years old) cleaned and checked to make sure the settings are intact. I chatted with the owner and she was incredibly pleasant. We even discovered we had some common knowledge about their previous location in Wilmington, NC. They cleaned and examined both pieces no charge and gave me advice on checking the settings every 6 months. It was quick, efficient and friendly. It took a 20-minute consultation, and we were immediately sold on the vision. It took 2.5 weeks to get the ring, and I absolutely adore it. 10/10 would recommend their services.

I went here to replace a missing diamond in my engagement ring and they did a great job replacing the diamond and fixing spots where prongs were loose. They also cleaned my ring and did an amazing job for a reasonable price. They were done with my ring the next day. Very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
