My wife used to shop at the high-end jewelry stores in La Jolla, but since we've come to know Chad, we won't go anywhere else! He is a true master jeweler who has designed some amazing one-of-a-kind pieces for us, that we couldn't be happier with. On top of this, his prices are very fair, maybe because he doesn't have the overhead of expensive real estate, but also because Chad is, well, he's just an honest man who clearly loves what he does. I would recommend Chad to anyone looking for a top notch, honest jeweler.

Chad took some of my old favorite jewelry that I was not wearing because it was dated and remodeled it so that it looked modern. He is very creative and reasonably priced. Also, he buys jewelry and applies a very generous credit towards jewelry you buy from him.

I had a vintage engagement ring that needed repair and these jewelers did a FANTASTIC job. Very professional and knowledgeable, I will be a lifelong customer.

I just got home from a wonderful experience at JJ Jeweler. I had my wedding ring (24 years old) and my mother's wedding set (77 years old) cleaned and checked to make sure the settings are intact. I chatted with the owner and she was incredibly pleasant. We even discovered we had some common knowledge about their previous location in Wilmington, NC. They cleaned and examined both pieces no charge and gave me advice on checking the settings every 6 months. It was quick, efficient and friendly. I can't say enough about how pleased I am. from now on, I will only go to this jeweler and I recommend you do the same. Thank you to J & J for the top notch service today.

Amazing customer service and spectacular work! My fiancée and I worked with Donna to custom create an engagement ring that merged a ring from his grandmother and my grandma's engagement ring into one. It took a 20-minute consultation, and we were immediately sold on the vision. It took 2.5 weeks to get the ring, and I absolutely adore it. 10/10 would recommend their services.

I went here to replace a missing diamond in my engagement ring and they did a great job replacing the diamond and fixing spots where prongs were loose. They also cleaned my ring and did an amazing job for a reasonable price. They were done with my ring the next day. Very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!
