Hillcrest Apartments

These apartments are amazing! Hands down, they are one of the best places to live in the bay. The location is beautiful, the apartments are spacious, have their own washer and dryer, air conditioned. All this and they are priced very well, considering the amenities and compared to other apartments in the area, you get WAY more for what you pay for. I'd also like to say that their office staff is great and friendly, always willing to work with you. As far as maintenance, any issue we have had has been promptly addressed and I've never had an issue where something doesn't get fixed, I've never been given the run around like at other apartments I've lived. Overall - I would highly recommend living here to anybody I personally know. The people complaining about parking in these reviews...they actually give you two parking spots here, unlike most other places that only give you 1. There is ACTUAL Guest parking, unlike most other apartments I have seen in the bay area. People getting towed must have not been following the parking guidelines or parking in other people's spots. I highly recommend living here! Thank you office staff, you're the best!!

Hillcrest feels like a small community even though it has a lot of units. Everyone is mostly respectful of each other. The property manger here (Alex) is always nice and open to try and rectify any problems that may occur. Overall, I am still here and a pleased resident.

Great experience, location, and landlords. Overall my favorite apartment I ever rented, period!
