Creekwood was the first place my Husband and I called home together, and we are glad that it was. The rooms were spacious and modern, there wasn't wasted space in the unit, I rarely heard any of my neighbors and we had a wonderful balcony. I also enjoyed the kitchen that came stocked with appliances and had ample counter space. Throughout our time here our family was able to enjoy the pool, the playground and common spaces, as well as take advantage of the on-site gym. My favorite part about Creekwood, though, was the staff. Em and Mai (both left last year but have been replaced by wonderful individuals) were wonderful, and Angelica (who is still there) is absolutely my favorite, love her! We just moved out because buy a house, but I am super happy that I was able to start my family here.

As a current vendor for this property. I would say that the residents and staff are great people to service! It is an overall very quiet residential community. I feel like I am apart of this wonderful Creekwood family! Angelica is a great property manager! She knows what she is doing and is always on top of her work! Mark with Creekwood is a great maintenance supervisor. He gets the job done and is very friendly with all residents. If a resident calls for maintenance services, I am able to call him immediately and he responds rapidly.

So many amenities and the staff are always friendly! Management does an amazing job maintaining the greenery (her emails to us are sweet too). I am close to everything I need.

I am incredibly happy with my experience at Hillcrest Community, and I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service provided by Angeline and Sylvia. From the very beginning, they were both extremely helpful and professional, making my move seamless and stress-free. I encountered a minor issue with a light bulb, and Sylvia immediately addressed it, sending someone right away to resolve the issue. Their quick response and attentiveness truly set them apart. I feel fortunate to be living at Hillcrest Community, and I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone seeking a welcoming and supportive environment.

These apartments are amazing! Hands down, they are one of the best places to live in the bay. The location is beautiful, the apartments are spacious, have their own washer and dryer, air conditioned. All this and they are priced very well, considering the amenities and compared to other apartments in the area, you get WAY more for what you pay for. I'd also like to say that their office staff is great and friendly, always willing to work with you. As far as maintenance, any issue we have had has been promptly addressed and I've never had an issue where something doesn't get fixed, I've never been given the run around like at other apartments I've lived. Overall - I would highly recommend living here to anybody I personally know. The people complaining about parking in these reviews...they actually give you two parking spots here, unlike most other places that only give you 1. There is ACTUAL Guest parking, unlike most other apartments I have seen in the bay area. People getting towed must have not been following the parking guidelines or parking in other people's spots. I highly recommend living here! Thank you office staff, you're the best!!.

Hillcrest feels like a small community even though it has a lot of units. Everyone is mostly respectful of each other. The property manger here (Alex) is always nice and open to try and rectify any problems that may occur. Overall, I am still here and a pleased resident.
