I got flat tired this morning on 101N near San Carlos. My insurance company dispatched 2 other companies before contacting Elite Tow, and neither of them came to take my car. My insurance company contacted Elite Tow, and I immediately got a call from David, and he assured me that he's on his way. He gave me another call when he was near where I was. When he came, he let me stay in the towing car, loaded the car very fast, and drove me to the shop. David was very professional and kind!! He gave me some tips on what to do in the future if this happens again (hope not!). I was so stressed from all the calls and waits I had to deal with before I was assigned to Elite Tow, but I felt so much better once I talked to David. If you ever need to get your car towed in the future, call Elite Tow!! They're efficient, kind, and careful!! Highly recommended.

I had a severe flat tire on highway 880 and had to park in a dangerous location (narrow shoulder on the left side of the highway, with many cars passing by me very fast and close). All the services I called from Audi/GEICO estimated to arrive in 2hours... Zack arrive within 30min, saved me out of the danger location, got me home safely and helped me change to a donut tire. All on a busy Saturday evening. I’m really grateful for his excellent work and kindness.

Fast response, extremely polite, great price, and took really good care of our poor damaged vehicle. Definitely recommend!.

Hey guys, today I had my Mercedes towed to a shop for a flat tire nd these guys-especially SH was so professional nd careful with my baby Benz. He showed up promptly without barely a quality time. I really really really recommend that you ask for SH bc he’s the best nd as a bonus he referred me to a restaurant if his culture which was very cool nd I’ll be trying afterwards. Thanks POWER STATE. I’ll request you from now on.

Very kind and professional driver that was fast, reliable, and knowledgeable. Was even offered cold water upon arrival. I really appreciate the great customer service I received. Definitely recommend these guys for a tow.

Sh helped me tow my car to a tire store. Instead of just dropping it in front of the store, he went extra step to drop off at the back of the car shed where they have the machinery.

They took great care of my car and the driver was super understanding when the shop I called ahead to said they no longer had a spot for my car. He was willing to drive it to another shop and got it into a really tight alley.
