I've been a customer of Eden jewelry and load for 20 years or so. From getting loans when I was down and needed money fast.. To purchasing mine and my wife's weddign set the guys here are always real straight forward. They do offer free lifetime cleaning on your purchases as well. Recently came here over the weekend to get the rings polished for a wedding we are attending. No question asked, the gentleman walked to the jewelry work shop polished our rings and returned them with a smile. Great service as always.

Every time I’ve visited this location the staff has always been respectful and polite. They have always worked with me when ever I needed help financially. Highly recommended if you are in the East bay. Thank you Tony for always being professional and helpful.

I had no problem here the guy was very nice and gave me what I was asking for with no problem I definitely would recommend.
