Very knowledgeable about the product and answered and explained everything I expected. The sales manager’s made you feel absolutely comfortable, no pressure and helpful professional. Absolutely wonderful. I came in close to closing with a nail in my ID4 tire. Both of the consultants were very polite and helpful. I have never had such good service in any of the other two Volkswagen dealerships I’ve been to. They were very personable and dedicated to getting me back on the road.

We bought our 2019 Honda Accord from Hayward Honda and were looking for a new Honda Pilot to buy right away. We were shopping around and every dealership around us were either rude, treated us with disrespect or were full of lies (more than usual). We decided to try Hayward Honda again even though it was out of the way. We were so pleasantly surprised with the prompt responses via email and text that we got from Jennifer, we didn’t think we could be dealing with a car dealership. She was so great with her answers and transparency that we cancelled our evening work meetings to drive through rush hour to see her and the car. Let’s just say we left the lot with our new pilot and wouldn’t have done it without the amazing service that Jennifer gave us. If we were to ever buy a Honda again we will always start with Hayward Honda.

We didn’t end up buying from Honda Hayward, but I still want to give a 5-star shoutout to Bong, the salesperson we met with. We test drove a CR-V, and Bong was very friendly, helpful, and never pushy throughout the whole process. If I’m ever in the market for a Honda again, I’d definitely come back and work with him. Great experience overall.
