Indigo Creek Apartments

I lived here for 3 years, never never had a problem, maintenance was always quick to respond and fix any issue and the guys at the office were always professional and polite, i think this is important to say I’m the kind of person that is always ordering stuff online and get delivered to my apt and never got a package stoled or any issue so this place is safe and secure, there’s security driving around every night… this places was my home and I’m gonna miss living here I love it, I just have to move back home (Texas). So I would recommend Indigo creek to anyone that is looking for a safe and secure home!

I left a review for this place 2 years ago upon moving in, and my feelings have not changed about the place. The management team, maintenance, and all other staff are responsive and polite. A vast majority of the people staying in the community are polite and considerate folks. And lastly, their prices (although a bit above average for Denver) are worth it! It may sound odd, but it is very refreshing to reach out when you have a problem, but otherwise, be unbothered. We just finished the move out process which they did their best to make simple, and efficient. Its rare when even the move out is a positive experience!

Davis was awesome. He was able to get my refrigerator replaced after multiple issues I've had previously and in a timely manner. Very friendly, would definitely recommend him for any job. Also, this is a great place to live. Thank you all for your hard work.
