Above and beyond every single time! Every time I come in this store I am more and more impressed. Beyond the beautiful selection of jewelry, the master jewlers are nothing short of amazing. From ring sizing to flawlessly adding hearts to my charm bracelet. I have nothing but good things to say about everything and everyone. They are so nice and easy to do business with! I feel so lucky that such an incredible jewelry store and incredible jewelers are in the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful experience at Thollot & Co! Corri was incredibly helpful and patient as she showed us different jewelry recommendations and helped us find the perfect piece. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. We couldn't be happier with our choice and the exceptional service we received. Highly recommend.

My husband made my new engagement and wedding ring there, it was so much fun to watch. The staff is to helpful, the selection is top notch. The final product is stunning and I get such amazing comments on how beautiful it is. The pictures are of their bar, my husband’s in love with the coffee, and I prefer the mimosas. And the other one is right after he was able to cast the bands.

Juan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He definitely had the Midas touch when it came to pricing. He answered all my questions and provided exceptional customer service. 10 out of 10 would recommend if you’re seeking a nice quality gift for yourself or anyone else.

I’m back here once again, last time Juan helped me and my girlfriend and did an AMAZING job. We walked out with a necklace, this time he resized my Cartier Santos watch, he’s always been a pleasure to work with, I will continue to take my business to him.

Janeen was great! I needed my watch batteries changed and they didn't have the right kind. She kept in touch with me to let me know they were delayed and when they came it. Great customer service.

This place is incredible, the staff treats you with respect no matter your situation. They are not uptight and scoffy like other jewelry stores. The genuinely care and will work with you whether you are getting married, buying your first Rolex, or you just want to shop. Recommend David & Rick they have a very deep level of experience and understanding in this world. We will be back.

Staff here is amazing. I was on a tight budget and Jim and other associates really worked with me and helped me. Even though my selection was limited, they made me feel welcomed and did not hesitate to show me what they have to offer even after they knew my budget. The store was clean, well put together and I will be back in the future.

Really nice place, staff is so kind and helpful. Design is comfortable and clean. Many choices to choose from and it’s really great overall.
