As a new tenant Téa was extremely welcoming, very helpful, and most importantly listened to needs/wants when looking for a new home. Strongly recommend reaching out to her if you’re looking into this location. Definitely will be updating my review as I continue to live here, such as maintenance, the property upkeep service etc.

I had an amazing experience working with Nevaeh during my apartment search. From our very first interaction, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect home. Nevaeh listened to my needs, answered all my questions promptly, and went above and beyond to make the leasing process smooth and stress-free. Her knowledge of the property and surrounding area was impressive, and she made me feel confident every step of the way. I highly recommend Nevaeh to anyone looking for a place—they truly made the experience enjoyable and easy!

I recently went apartment searching here and a worker named Neveah made me and my partner have a beyond wonderful experience. She was pleasant and reassuring. Neveah went over everything in full detail and showed me apartment tours of all the different layouts. I would love to go back and see her again!

Heather has been just absolutely amazing!! From the very beginning she has been so attentive to us and any issue we bring up to her. She is always quick to respond to us and quick to resolve issues! When giving us our tour she thoroughly laid out floor plans, explained differences in the apartments, and made sure we knew exactly what it was we were signing! She just made our move in process so much better! Our unit is just what we wanted and the surrounding space is quiet and well kept!

Heather is the leasing agent my boyfriend and I have worked with from the beginning as we transitioned into our first place together and she was so great! Always responded fairly quickly, very thorough and helpful throughout the whole process, and just overall a very kind person! She made sure everything was perfect for moving in. It was a pleasure having her as our leasing agent. Definitely recommend working with her!

Parkhouse has been wonderful to us. Our move-in was a very smooth process, and Alexa is an absolute top tier Leasing Agent we were instantly greeted with wonderful hospitality and felt so very welcomed. She made our experience all that much better!

I recently toured Indigo Creek Apartments and had such a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and made me feel at home right away. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a lot to offer. I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a new place to call home!

With a cast of all new staff and management, the property resonates with a new found consideration and professionalism towards its tenants. Upon transferring apartments, Alex, was very accommodating and responded very promptly to any questions I had along the way. The new maintenance staff handled all my move in requests with prompt and satisfactory results. One complaint I have, the pool needs to be brought back to "heated year round" condition. Like it was when I first moved in.

The managers were great and let me know exactly what I needed to smoothly transition to my new home. I mostly worked with Brad and he did a fantastic job of getting me set up and moved in. I am pleased with my choice.
