I really want to give a shout out to the great front desk service. Was incredibly helpful as we were trying to find a good place to park our car and Uhaul. Precious directed us to a good spot, and then came out to reposition us and make sure our trailer was fully in security camera view! It gave us great peace of mind while we slept. The rest of the service and amenities were nice as well.

We received extraordinary service from check-in to check out. The front desk was responsive and knowledgeable. Everything was extra clean when we arrived and after daytime service. Additionally, they called me and asked about items I left behind and provided a way to get them back. Turns out I didn't need what I left behind, but appreciate the option.

I never stay @ IHG properties just because I've used other loyalty programs for years but was reading your reviews online & they were so good I thought I'd "risk" trying new brand . . . WITHOUT EXCEPTION, every single staff member has been EXCEPTIONAL.

I had such a positive experience here! It was a last minute booking after a long international flight before my drive to New Mexico. The front desk morning staff was so kind! I didn’t catch her name but she was so professional, kind, and helpful. I unexpectedly had dinner at the bar/restaurant and though I arrived late Janice was also very courteous and kind. I was expecting a so so quick meal but she recommended the salmon (I was hesitant to try that from a hotel restaurant) and it was delicious!! What a surprise of a wonderful stay all around.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel — everything from the service to the atmosphere was flawless. The staff made us feel genuinely cared for, going out of their way to personalize our experience. Our room was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel luxurious. The location was perfect — peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to explore. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning our return.

Azad was amazingly helpful! After a mix up with previous hotel that cancelled our reservation, this gentleman was able to get us a room at 4am and even found us the best deal.

I have stayed at this hotel for at least 12 weeks a year for the past 3 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly, especially Caleb. There are great restaurants, not only in the hotel but within walking distance. I will continue to stay here as long as I have work in the area.

Caleb at the front desk was so friendly and immediately made us feel so welcomed and cared for. The entire hotel is clean and beautiful and we will definitely come back again because of our amazing experience with Caleb, thank you.

The staff is warm, responsive and exceptional. Our room was slightly small for 4 of us staying there (maybe other rooms are bigger).
