Indigo Springs Apartments

The office staff does make you feel like you are friends, & the management team Anita, Susan, & leasing agent Ashley are the most delightful nicest people. Ppl generally respect the quiet hours (10pm) at the pool. Community has gate access to park behind it. The free coffee in office is nice. Doug, & Mel are the friendliest & job well done maintenance men, as is Tino. & I know that I have great neighbors in my building. I don’t have an issue w/loud noise from Stapley st. & there is valet trash pick up 5 days out of the week. My rent has been consistent. No random up or down. Comes w/cox internet. & there is a nice gym too. I’m glad to live here. Also the apartments are beautiful inside. Stellar flooring choice, looks like wood. :)

I’m very impressed with the staff at Indigo Springs because they always make me feel welcomed and glad to see me. The grounds keeper waves and says “hi” as I leave for work, the security here is always present making you feel safe, the office staff always make me feel like I am visiting friends and family when I stop to say “hi” while walking my dogs…and they always have treats for my pups! Oh, and the dog stations and bags provided are greatly appreciated (they are always well maintained)! The staff is also very responsive when I have questions or need anything. Highly recommend!

Indigo Sprints Apartments are like fine wine. To me it just get's better as the time goes buy. In May, this year 2023, will be the start of my 5th year enjoying the privilege of living at Indigosprints Apartment living . I have no plans or expectations to look for or move to anyplace else. The staff and the many very comfortable tenants are part of the reason to live here in Mesa, AZ.
