I'm writing this review because my wife cannot express how happy she was with the service of this window installation company. It's always nerve wrecking when you have to spend a good chunk of money on a home upgrade like windows. Even more so installing and doing a good job from start to finish. Jack and Andy were so efficient taking care of our daughter's room windows first so we can get this ready for bed. They were so respectful on our privacy and time. I personally appreciate their integrity of giving us a heads up on loose parts of the roof we plan to take care of in the near future. They cleaned everything up and did not forget to give us the education on window care, warranty, and safety of the windows. Can't thank the guys enough. Thanks again for giving us a great Christmas present with perfectly installed windows.

Jackson and Andrew from State 48 did a phenomenal job installing our new windows. They were professional, courteous, skilled, and diligent, working nonstop to replace all seven windows in just one day. The results look outstanding.

Great experience from quoting to install! Ken did a fantastic job getting my project quoted and underway, and addressing all my questions and concerns. The install crew (Jimmy and Todd) were awesome - clean, respectful, on time, and they worked methodically to get done with a large project right in schedule. Throughout the entire process the owner, John, continued to check in. Couldn't ask for a better experience, I highly recommend!

Would highly recommend Imperial, absolutely incredible customer service, transparency and honesty. Kyle is a stand-up person and wants the best for you. No upselling and just wants you to have the best service even if it's not from Imperial. Not many companies are like this nowadays. Thank you Kyle and Imperial!

Just wanted to let you know that Cougar Windows in Mesa Arizona did a fantastic job on my mobile home. The crew was great and efficient and they completed the job in one day. They normally schedule you for two days but another crew came over and helped the guys finish up. What an awesome team. I checked other places and all they had was high end composite windows that was completely out of my price range. So happy that cougar windows found affordable double pane windows for my mobile estate. Thanks again cougar I will recommend you !!

Edgar was patient with my questions, and was able to provide me a ton of options without it feeling like an upsell. His experience, his eye, his ideas, were so helpful. Brian was a blast to work with, ran the install crew like the boss that he is. This was a project, not a simple swap out of old to new windows. And we couldn't be happier with our end result.
