Wonderful Customer Service!!!! Spoke with Charlie first. I explained my situation about my car key (FOB). I was informed that i only needed a shell. Charlie even helped me place my order for a shell key and was very patient and kind. He also got intouch with Carter at the East Mesa location. Carter also Wonderful!!! Called me and informed me about the arrival of my shell. Sameday service, Carter also checked if my new FOB key worked after he put everything together. Customer service is amazing from beginning to the end. Thank you so much.

We needed a spare ignition key (no chip) & a truck topper key made. We walked in & within 20 or so minutes were out the door with working keys for $20. Thank you Carter for the wonderful service! I highly recommend this establishment.

Mike was awesome. I called on a Saturday morning and he found time to come do the job same day. He got the job done fast and the price was lower than expected. Great service.

My key fob fell apart and I had been trying to fix it myself but since it was an older Honda nothing on line worked. I went to one other locksmith and they had no luck. I called the lock shop to just get a new fob and they had what I needed. I explained what happened and it turned out they could use my old fob components to create a new key for less than half the price. Taylor was terrific and really knew what she was doing. Great shop.

My technician was timely, polite and professional. I especially appreciate the fact that they are a local, family owned business that's licensed and insured. Great service and price.

Awesome service. They custom ordered a key I needed. Patient and personable staff. Definelty keep in mind if you need keys or help with anything Lock related.

Quinn nailed it on this job. 20 year old commercial building that is new to us. Had the master key but not the control key. The inside of lock broke. Quinn found new parts got it all taken care of on a Saturday afternoon.
