Rod handled our rings with care, restored them beautifully, and provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. We couldn’t be happier with the results!”

The new owner Rod is absolutely amazing. He allowed my husband and I to give him MY vision for my 25th Anniversary band. The designing process was fun and he made sure it was exactly what I wanted. The outlining of white diamonds around the yellow diamonds is breathtaking in every light. I get stopped everywhere I go about how beautiful my ring is. We highly recommend Rod for any special custom ring design!!

Came in to have my wife's wedding ring and band resized. Talked with Rod at the front desk, he was very kind and easy to work with. He was able to resize both the ring and band and they fit her perfectly now! He also cleaned both of the rings and they look amazing now! Rod had amazing customer service and seemed to really care about our request. highly recommend this family owned jeweler for anyone who's looking to have any custom work done.

I had the most wonderful experience and customer service at the Dana Park (Mesa, AZ) store. I got a custom made engagement ring and wedding band and I couldn’t be happier with it. Susan, George, Robin and Lori all helped me during the process and they were all absolutely excellent. This is my jeweler from now on, absolutely! Thanks again for everything, you guys!.

Nelson’s is AMAZING! I went to them searching for a wedding band for my antique heirloom engagement ring, and they helped me think outside the box and find the ring of my dreams! After realizing it was too big and would be unable to be sized down, they custom built one to size for me, and it is gorgeous! Then, less than two weeks before my wedding, they squeezed me in to solder my rings together and re-size my engagement ring to match. They are so wonderful and I would highly recommend them!

I brought my wedding ring set in to have it soldered together yesterday. The entire team were all so kind and personable! They gave me a very reasonable quote compared to other businesses I had talked to, and I decided to have them do the work. Aubrey said it would be ready sometime next week, but I received a call this morning that it was ready!! I was shocked. My ring looks great, and I am so impressed with their customer service. I plan on coming to them for all my future jewelry needs!

Appreciate this place took my rolex in to be checked out everything was correct with it and got a solid offer for it for the condition it was in very satisfied. I highly recommend going here for your watch or jewelry needs buy ,sell,or trade this is your place!! Thank you!!
