Midtown Coastal Luxury Living

Ive been looking to move back to the Cape Coral area to complete my residency and was intrigued to find that my friend Kirt from grad schools name in the reviews! Kirt is a respectable member of our community and a personal friend of mine. Too bad I didnt pursue law school because I smell slander in the air.

Have lived here for 2 years now and love it. Staff is great and maintenance is quick to repair the few items I needed done. I love that it’s a small community but also has great amenities and best of all its close to my job!

Even though they were all rented out at the time these apartments are beautiful. The wonderful young lady that helped was truly informative and took time to help us get familiar with the area. Thank you Jennifer and Midtown.
