We had an amazing experience with Sposen Homes! Working with Lisa, the designer, was great—she truly understood our style and made the process enjoyable. She even went out of her way to upgrade our flooring long after the contract was completed. Tom Vanowen the project manager, was amazing—organized, communicative, and always on top of every detail. The craftsmanship and quality exceeded our expectations, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with our new home. Highly recommend this builder for your project.

I’ve been in the market for a few months looking around to see which part of Florida would work best for me & my family. We’ve met with numerous contractors and developer and I must say Matt Sposato has been the most professional and friendliest rep we’ve met. He knows what we’re looking for and has kept in contact offering multiple pieces of land for us to consider. Their quality is top notch however Matt would be the reason for me to proceed. While he knows we’re not in a rush he still keeps in touch and help give us his market analysis on the properties that he feels best fits our needs. I’d rather not put down other contractors as some have beautiful work. I just feel his commitment to stay in front of us will be the reason we proceed with him.

We love our Sposen home! We have been in our home for two years now and are so happy with our home as well as the service received from Sposen Homes. Sposen Homes has been professional, prompt and always available when we have needed anything. (Things after a year of settling). The owner, Jeremy, even stopped after the hurricane to check on us, knowing we are from Ohio to see if we needed anything. We have experienced above and beyond fabulous service with Sposen Homes.

Our experience and communication with the staff, Jessica Gabric (design), Jesse Jordan (building Super), Mike McKiddie (architectural design) and others was extraordinary. We can’t leave out John and Johnny Jordan with their follow ups after we moved in. A great father and son team. We suffered many delays in the build due to burrowing owls, Covid supply chain, and Hurricane Ian but it was well worth the wait. The quality of the home is second to none.
