Wow let me tell you about a service company. I just used for the first time. My gut feeling said it was time to pump out the septic tank no signs of issues but my gut said it’s time. I called Dooper Dold At duty calls septic services. I swear it seemed like they were here in five minutes. It wasn’t much longer after the call that I was getting a text from the technician that he was on his way and would be here in 5 to 10 minutes. The communication that proceed from the tech was absolutely unheard of. He let me know when he was here. He texted me and let me know when he was done. He told me what was going on and what he did and some future tips. Let me tell you this is old-fashioned customer service and I am totally impressed. Duty calls is a 5 star service. Thank you

I contacted This company due to an emergency and spoke to Michelle who was very quick to set up an appointment for me on the same day and took her time to explain some things to me. She has amazing customer service skills. Then Matt came over and pumped the septic and explained to us how it worked really nice guy. I definitely will be contacting them again and totally recommend them.

The guy was at our house right on time. He told my husband about the septic system. He didn't waste any time. He picked up his stuff, very professional. If we ever need their service again we will call them. Thanks for the service.

Amazing service. Got my septic tanked serviced on the same day I called. They guys were very informative and explained what they did every step of the way. They showed my what my septic system looked like. Got my septic tank pumped within the hour. Will definitely recommend them!

Well what can I say. They showed up fast. Friendly service , emptied the tank and helped us discover the water leak. Great Service and I would recommend them for certain. Price was great on a weekend call .

Wow… what a professional company… called them in the morning… and issues was solved just hours later… I can highly recommend this Company.

My sewer system was backing up into the downstairs showers. My plumber, Jorge Alvarez, Cape Shore Plumbing, did emergency early morning response and discovered that we had an unknown septic tank between the house and the pump station! Jorge recommended All Septic and Julie was on it and had her team out that afternoon for emergency excavation and pump out. Field team was excellent and recommended risers on the tank as the concrete hatches were shot and leaking. Thanks for the amazing response and customer service.

This is a great company! I needed my septic drained and cleaned. These guys came out within a few hours of me scheduling a call in! Dennis and Tony were kind and informative. Price was very fair and instead of waiting for my toilets to over flow next time, I will just have these guys come out every couple years and clean it out since the price was so reasonable!
