Abbey Carpet & Floor recently replaced all of our flooring (originally LVP) with wood look plank tile. From start to finish, the Abbey team was outstanding. In particular, Glee Ann took great care of us throughout the process. She provided terrific recommendations and service during the inquiry phase (to include coming over to our house the same day I stopped into the showroom to take measurements so she could get to work on an estimate). Glee Ann provided flooring samples for me to take home and provided guidance on the ultimate flooring selection. Once we decided to move forward, Glee Ann took care of scheduling the service and getting everything in place for installation. Throughout the installation, she monitored progress and kept us updated. The installation team was extremely professional, reliable, and expertly installed our flooring. The large format plank tiles require experienced installers, and the Abbey crew did not disappoint. We could not be happier with the final result. The floors look absolutely amazing and are a fantastic upgrade to our home. Glee Ann and the Abbey team did a terrific job with our floors (so much so that we had them install new baseboard for us and plan to work with them on a window covering project in the near future). Their quoted prices were very reasonable, and we feel they delivered great value. I highly recommend Abbey Carpet & Floor.

Wow What an incredible experience. Chad, our sales representative, called ahead, arrived on time, and efficiently assessed our garage floor. We were thinking about putting an epoxy coating for almost 3 years but never really found someone we felt comfortable with. Chad was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in choosing our flooring selection. He gave us great ideas and was very friendly and personable. He walked us through the entire process of getting our garage emptied and prepared for him and his team to come in and epoxy our garage floor. They did a great job rigorously preparing our floor for the new coating. They kept in touch with us and let us know how long each step would take and what the process looked like. On day two they came back for the final clear coat. Sales representatives are usually long gone after they’ve sold the job. Not Chad. He diligently pursued me to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the installation. Even went as far as meeting me back at my house to go over the entire garage to make sure we are satisfied with every inch of their work. Chad and the entire team at Abby Carpet and Floor at Patricia’s are incredible. Highly recommend.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new stairway by Abbey Carpet & Floor at Patricia's. I had a vision and Glee Ann brought it to life! She was so efficient and her communication was excellent.
