This place awesome. The staff is even better. Paola and Chelsey are super helpful with all your needs and are a blast to talk too. The maintenance crew is always willing to help out, keeps the grounds clean and respond to your maintenance needs in very timely manner. I would definitely recommend Oasis at Surfise to anyone looking for a place to call home. Thanks to all the staff, Sandra.

Beautiful property, inviting/welcoming staff, great location. Apartments are spacious and updated. Elevators for upper levels. Nice big pool area and plenty of parking. Definitely a contender for SW Cape. Go see Corie, she is on top of the property with knowledge of what’s available and what they can do for you!.

This is a luxury condo—very peaceful, clean, and well-maintained. The common areas are always spotless, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and management is professional and responsive. A wonderful place to live with comfort and peace of mind.

I've had a wonderful experience living at this apartment community. The management team is always friendly and responsive, making sure all our needs are met. The grounds are well-maintained, and the amenities, like the gym and pool, are fantastic. The neighborhood is peaceful, and I always feel safe walking around. Plus, the location is convenient with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed living space!.

One of the perks of apartment living - being able to call for maintenance and not having to do the work yourself. We had an after hours service request that was answered within 10 minutes, telling us how to handle the issue for the moment until a repair could be made. The repair was great and even fixed an issue that we hadn’t recognized. Thank you.

Love the community, Romina was amazing, she is knowledgeable and professional. Smooth process... and move in was easy. The apartment is extremely spacious and amenities are fabulous. Ask for Romina if you need a new place to call home. The pricing is great for the product you receive..

I love, love, love this place! Luna and all the staff in the office are so kind and helpful. My apartment was clean and well maintained on move in. I love the amount of space and storage I have in my 3 bed/2 bath! James in maintenance is so quick to help with any questions or little things I need! The grounds themselves are clean. My boys love the amenities here, the pickleball court, basketball court, pool and gym specifically. I am so grateful for the safe area, the supportive staff, the trash pickup at your door, package delivery system and most of all that my boys are happy here! Thank you Cape at Savona Pointe!!!.

I’ve lived here for 6 months and have no complaints. The office staff is always cordial and on top of it. Their maintenance staff is wonderful and responds very promptly. The community is clean and safe. I enjoy living here!.

We do work for several apartment communities. in the area. And just want to give the maintenance team. They're props. They do a great job taking care of the residents and the property. Jeremy and his team are great.
