I've been living here for almost 2 years now. I'll admit, in the beginning I wasn't happy about it, but now that Manny is here, I feel safe and hopeful for the future. He's actually making the necessary changes to make the community better and I feel that he genuinely cares and wants Palmilla Apartments to be a great place to live.
The Palmilla Apartments seems like a nice place to live in and neighbors seems kind. There has been lots of improvements here in the apartment complex which is awesome and very happy to be here.
Manny was very helpful and kind when I went to apply. The apartments look very nice. Everyone looks so happy!
