I might be laying it on thick in the details, but the praise about to be given to Glenn is still an understatement. First to summarize: - This store will have continued business from us due to the customer experience alone. - From all the various of other furniture stores, they had what we were looking for, with no compromises. (Phantom power sofa/loveseat) - We haven't taken delivery just yet, but we sat in the phantom for multiple times and around 2-3hrs each time, not the slightest amount of uncomfortablility, this is obviously subjective, but it was very comfortable. More detailed reason why for the 5star: Glenn was very patient and gave us our space and checked in on us in a timely manner. An absolute pleasure to work with! He is outstanding with his knowledge and charisma. Made purchasing our phantom power sofa/loveseat easy and with warranted assurances. A great communicator with his rapid responses to any of the questions we may had. Our definition of a perfect purchasing experience. I can easily foresee us return for future purchases.

Upon entering the store we were greeted with a VERY friendly smile who complimented our family and offered us refreshments. She asked if we were looking for anything specific to which I replied yes. She showed us what we came in for gave her very honest feedback and showed us alternatives . There was no pressure at all and she event created an in store cart for me when I said I need to think and discuss. Wife and I went home thought about it then called Danielle the next day to put in our order I’m so pleased with her customer service.

We were looking for an area rug and found something we liked and happy with. There were many choices, which really helped.. The buisness model is great! Sell great products at a fair price and have the sales people not pastor but be there when you need them. Glenn was great. Very knowledgeable, professional and oh so nice.

I had a great experience at Vivian Furniture, especially with Miguel. He was incredibly helpful both over the phone and in person. When I visited the store, he made the financing process for two nightstands smooth and easy. Miguel's professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out, and I appreciate how seamless the whole experience was. Highly recommend.

Today we purchased a fantastic sectional and storage ottoman at Mor Furniture in San Marcos. They are currently running a sale, so we got an amazing deal plus free delivery and set up. My review is mainly for the exceptional customer service by our salesman, Jeff Sturn. Jeff greeted us with an enthusiastic energy almost immediately after entering their showroom. This made us feel welcome right away! Nothing worse than having to search for help, or worse, a high pressure or pushy salesperson. This definitely was not the experience today. Jeff was attentive, but also gave us the space to explore and shop, checking in occasionally to answer questions and even guide us to our final purchase. Did I mention Jeff is a veteran? He is! So if you love the USA and need furniture, go see Jeff Sturn at Mor in San Marcos! Thanks, Jeff!! You're 5 stars.

Went in last week with my wife. It was about an hour before the store closed, so I initially felt a little rushed just walking in. But once we got inside we were greeted by Jeff who was extremely knowledgeable and professional... he put both me and my wife at ease through the process and got us exactly what we were looking for and approved with financing within a quick no pressure time frame! I will be coming back to Jeff for all of my families furniture needs! Thank you again.

We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jeffery Sturm today at the San Marcos location . He helped my mom and I find the perfect recliner, couch with ottoman and a dresser. He was very helpful and great to do business with. I will definitely be back, to that store, for any future furniture needs because of his excellent customer service.
