I had Dominic come out to my house for a consult on some spetic issues I had. Living in Fallbrook it's very rare that somebody in the service industry shows up on the correct day much less the right time. He was on time, very friendly, and got straight to work. He took his time to explain to me all my options and was very honest with his recommendations. He treated my home as if it was his home and suggested we take a path much less expensive than I called them out for. I also spoke to Casandra who was also very friendly and helpful when scheduling and processing my payment. This type of business honesty and customer service is why I will be a loyal client of Bob's Septic from here on.

They spent 30+ minutes on the phone with me explaining the system on a house I'm buying, repairs they're doing, and what to look out for. I HIGHLY recommend reach out to them if you're buying a house with septic or need work done on an existing one.

We needed our septic tank pumped out, but we're trying to beat the weather, which was coming in fast. Called the office Monday morning. The young lady that answered was courteous and told me that they could send someone out the next day, which was a blessing with a week's worth of rain/snow on the way. Technician Zack arrived right on time the next morning, and got right to work. He was polite, friendly and professional. An unpleasant part of owning your own home in the country is having to confront these types of maintenance issues, but having a good experience makes it much more manageable. Definitely recommend this company.

Had a total block up on a weekend. They were kind enough to come out dig down to the top of the septic tank suck everything out and every thing worked fine from there. The man that came out with super helpful and we're now on their list be called every five years for a pumping. Highly recommend.

Expedient and always answers the phone! Thank you for helping so quickly for all our rental homes here in Ramona.

Lanik installed a manufactured home on our land. The process can be pretty stressful, with the permitting complexity and coordination with other companies. Lanik was SO solid throughout. The people were great to deal with. Carly, despite having a full plate, is really good about getting things done on time, and Michael is a genius with a backhoe. Very pleased with their help and I would readily recommend them to anyone.

I made an appointment and everything explained. I have dogs and Lanik accommodated me by setting up one day. Needed new covers and technician explained. They were courteous and did a great job. Lanik is professional and obviously values their customers.

Great service! Very informative and service technician was on time. Will be doing business with them again and again.
