A huge Thank you to Richard! You are one amazing person and have such great mannerisms. We came into town from Las Vegas with no luck finding a room until we called Best Western and Richard gave us the best news! During our stay he was so polite and friendly thank you for your complete hospitality. If we ever stay in Escondido again it’ll be Best Western and for the Win just because of Richard! Thank you thank you.

We stayed here for 5 days. It was just perfect. Richard greeted us and got us into our room. He was polite, cheerful and very helpful. The best front desk clerk ever. Our room was large, clean and quite, and the location was really great.

Great hotel very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Bobby at front desk provided excellent customer service.

MOTEL MEDITERAN REVIEWS

10/10. Very comfortable King bed, pillows and linens. SPOTLESS room and bathroom, which were nicely renovated -- you can tell the contractors took care in doing a professional job. Very quiet and safe area, good parking. VERY friendly front desk. So glad I found this "gem" -- one of the best motels I've visited anywhere. Will return here when I visit San Diego (UCSD) again.

This place is a great place to stay. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is 24 hours staff is friendly and accessible, kind and welcoming, The parking is free (although sometimes full) but they try to make sure there is a space per room. I would recommended to family and friends.

Best value for money in Escondido without a doubt. Always stay here whenever I'm in town, and never disappointed. Clean, well maintained rooms and friendly staff.

The breakfast and service were very good. They came and got us fresh towels and did our room service everyday. Only complaint was the shower. We went to give our girls a bath, but all of the excess paint flaked off and was in the bath water. They painted over the fiberglass shower insert. I understand its an older building, but this was a detail i wanted to note. Otherwise it was a good stay located next to lots of amenities.

Wonderful place to stay!! My friends and I came from out of town to attend an event in the area and the hotel staff were so amazing with early check in! Our rooms were clean, the free breakfast selection was incredible, and they even had complimentary snacks when we entered our room! They had so many amenities that I wasn't expecting, and every staff member interaction I had was awesome. Located near a lot of shops and food places as well, that's always a plus! If I ever end up in the area I will make a sincere effort to book here again!

Excellent stay. Room spotless and great tv. Breakfast was amazing. Parking right in front very easy for us old folks! And front desk very accommodating. Nice coffee etc in lobby. Excellent service. We would stay again and recommend to all our friends.
