Park La Brea

Moving to Park La Brea with a friend who lives there. Moving is never simple so I was prepared for a logistical hassle, but I just had the smoothest rental application process ever thanks to Cam Luu. Without a doubt the most responsive and helpful employee. I reached out to be added to a lease and he made the process super easy and quick. Responded to my many questions and the process was done within days. Even thought to put us in touch with another employee in case we had questions on his days off. Cam definitely made a normally stressful process simple. Very excited for the new place.

Shout out to Cam Luu, who helped me work with our new security system that requires a fob for building entrance. Cam was friendly and efficient, and I appreciate both his communication skills and the speed with which he addressed my issue. I've been at PLB for almost 5 years, and rarely had the need to call customer service, but was very pleased by the results. This shows me that management has thought out this process carefully, and trained well.

It's the best and safest place for families and kids. It's very greenish and nice. I feel like home in the foreign country. The agent helped us is Richard Maravalle. He is the best. He calmly answered all our answers and he helped us with a virtual tour. He was the best. The tower apartment is very spacious and beautiful.
