I had my first experience as an RV owner to use a septic/tank pumping service and was lucky to find this guys online. Nery was very helpful answering my questions, and understood what I needed to be done. Very reasonable in price too, which is big plus and the technician that came to the job site was also very helpful, polite, and friendly. A few minutes out of the time frame set but still not a big deal. Will definitely use their services again in the near future and would recommend to friends or anyone needing assistance with pumping. One more happy customer here.

My wife and I bought our first home with a septic tank and were of course worried about what that might entail. In escrow we discovered some issues and ended up needing the tank refurbished and recertified. Giuliano walked us through everything, patiently and professionally. His crew showed up on time, did the work quickly and flawlessly, and cleaned up as if they were never there. Giuliano ALWAYS makes himself available to help me out when I’ve had questions or concerns. Recently we had an emergency clog unrelated to the tank (but we were scared it did), and Giuliano even spent a Sunday evening on the phone with me helping me through it and I was able to resolve it with his help. Can’t tell you how relieved I was to have a patient and professional expert guide me through a scary emergency plumbing problem.

Called Prieto for a free consultation on a potential residential project the City of LA was going to require on our property (at our expense). Prieto provided valuable advice which helped us resolve the issue with the city without having to do any work. Very appreciative of their help.

Prieto stayed when the city became difficult and finished an A-1 job. They were very easy to work with and a pleasure.
