I recently used Imperial Party Rentals for my wife's birthday party and was thoroughly impressed with their service. From start to finish, everything was seamless and stress-free. The Audrey was incredibly friendly and helpful, and she made sure that we had everything we needed to make the party a success. She was very patient with us when we were deciding on which items to rent, and made some great suggestions that we hadn't even thought of. The tables, chairs, bar, lamps, etc that we rented were in excellent condition and worked perfectly throughout the event. The delivery and pickup were both timely and efficient, and the staff made sure to leave everything clean and tidy. Overall, we were extremely happy with the level of service we received from Imperial Party Rentals and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional party rental company.
Imperial Party Rentals did a fantastic job setting up for our wedding of 130 guests! It was a difficult venue on the sand at Venice Beach consisting of 19 tents, 13 round banquet tables with umbrellas, and 260 folding chairs for the tables and a ceremony area mid-beach. In the months leading up to the wedding, Maricela capably worked with me to specify and recommend the items necessary to achieve my vision for the event and was always positive when we made change after change. The set-up personal arrived on time Saturday morning, communicated well, and were flexible to set-up per the colored stakes marking the sand. When it was hotter than expected that morning they did not complain. Audrey jumped in to help out when need be. The pick-up at night was done thoroughly such that the sand was left in pristine condition complying with the County permit. I can't say enough how thankful I was to use Imperial. In previous years I have used larger multi-divisional rental companies for large events, but I will always us Imperial in the future due to their personalized care and exceptional performance.
I rented the VIP lounge furniture as well as the bar and a few other items from Audrey for a private upscale event I was having for my grand opening on October 17th and they made the entire process so wonderful. Audrey was super helpful and attentive, answering my calls and emails and helping to make sure I had everything I needed for my event. She changed my invoice promptly when I added things, and was positive and easy to work with the entire time. On the day of my event, her men came exactly at 5:30 p.m. to set up, as I needed them to. They were quick, polite, and did a walk through with me for the set up and break down. They were honestly so good. I will 100% use Imperial Party Rentals for all of my rental needs moving forward. Audrey and her staff is great!

Our event needed some last-minute tables and heaters and Parlani Party Rentals had everything we needed in stock 2 weeks out from our event. They made it super stress free! I rented a tent from Parlani for a fundraiser (Oktoberfest themed) and was extremely pleased with their service. Their rates are very competitive and I researched among several vendors. Their website is easy to navigate and upfront with pricing. We also had a number of detailed questions prior to booking and their staff is extremely responsive and helpful. On event day, the tent was delivered right on time and set-up was smooth, as was break-down post-event. I would highly recommend and they are my first choice for all future rental needs.
