From the moment I walked into the Hilton, I was lucky enough to be greeted by Eva, and let me tell you — she completely turned my day around. I had just landed in a new country, exhausted, a little overwhelmed, and not quite sure what to expect. Then comes Eva, with the warmest smile and the kindest, most welcoming attitude you could hope for. She was extremely polite, professional, and genuinely caring. She made me feel comfortable right away, like I wasn’t just a guest, but someone she truly wanted to help. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does — she listens, she’s attentive, and her energy is just contagious. Eva went out of her way to make sure I felt settled and informed, even while juggling a busy front desk. That level of service and kindness is rare these days, and it meant so much to me, especially as someone arriving in a completely new place. Hilton, take note: Eva is a treasure. Her professionalism, warmth, and natural ability to connect with people set her apart. She’s the kind of person who makes guests want to come back — and I absolutely would, just because of her. Thank you, Eva, for being exceptional. You made my stay feel like more than just a hotel visit — you made it feel like a warm welcome.

She took the time to explain everything, gave me great advice about the hotel’s services and the surrounding area, and truly made me feel welcome. The hotel itself is amazing—clean, well-located, and offering high-quality services—but it’s really the staff, especially Eva, that makes all the difference. Great service! My husband left his phone and Alex from security went to the room and found it. He created a ticket to have it sent to our home. We got the phone back the next day. Grateful for people like Alex who are honest and helpful. You are a good person! Rooms are nice, but the showers need an upgrade and vents cleaned.

Perfect for LA Marathon Weekend! I stayed at The Westin Bonaventure for the LA Marathon, and it was an incredible experience! The staff were welcoming, and the location felt safe and convenient for amenities and travel. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from the 34th floor—an unbeatable panorama of Los Angeles that added a special touch to the stay. The on-site gym was well-equipped, perfect for pre-race warm-ups and post-race recovery. The breakfast options were extensive with hot and chilled options. I opted for seeds and fruits which were fresh and delicious. As a vegan I was delighted there were 2 meals on the menu suitable for me. They were delicious and the portion sizes were decent. The hotel also offered early breakfast, hydration stations, and a marathon shuttle that stopped just moments from the entrance. After the race, the Heavenly Bed provided much-needed comfort. This hotel truly went above and beyond for runners. Highly recommend for marathoners or any LA visitors!

The customer service for this hotel is incredible from the check-in desks to the restaurants and security. I really wanted to express my gratitude for the workers here that made Valentine’s day so special! A huge thank you to Tom from the security team for helping me with a lost item. He went above and beyond for me, thank you Tom and the rest of the Westin staff!

Staying here for a conference and absolutely loving it. The lobby is enormous and very beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and there’s very nice views. The elevators offer the best views from inside and are pretty cool to experience. There are plenty of places to eat and to enjoy a coffee or an adult beverage. The bar in the lobby stays busy as does the brewery on the fourth floor. The staff are attentive and professional. This has been an awesome stay in a very nice hotel

Club level is where it’s at. Also this building will not disappoint. It’s luxuriously ornate, and a feast for the eyes. You’ll be swept back to 1921. Take lots of pics of the surroundings when you stay here and take in the detailed ceilings of this gorgeous building. Beds are deliciously soft and comfortable, but the rooms could use some art work on the walls, or some more detail. Bathrooms are tiny, but clean and functional. Overall, I would stay here again. Also, another wonderful detail is security is so tight here. You won’t have to worry about staying in downtown LA at the Biltmore. There was literally security crawling the building. I feel very safe here!

This hotel is beautiful and it was special for us to stay here. The rooms are small but still very nicely decorated and comfortable. The bed was amazing! We parked and then walked during our stay. We were there to enjoy a play at the Ahmanson which was very walkable and safe even after dark. Many restaurants, the Grand Central Market, The Last Bookstore, The Broad museum and the historic Bradbury Building all within walking distance. A great get away to downtown Los Angeles. We would definitely go again.

We stayed here for a few nights while we caught LA Kings games, and selected this hotel for the great proximity to Crypto.com arena. However, the stay ended up being so much more. The room was comfortable & clean, well-kept, as was the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, lots of options there as well. We parked on-sight and that was smooth & easy to do. The staff was friendly & welcoming. We'll definitely be staying here again!
