WESTSIDE TOW REVIEWS

Last night, I ran into a refrigerator on the 10 freeway. AAA recommended Westside Tow. Sean, the driver, arrived on time. And provided professional service with a great attitude. Just a great experience with a quality person practicing his craft. I would recommend Sean and Westside to anyone. Truly an Oasis during a time of turbulence.

The towers from AAA and westside tow are good! First guy is very nice and helpful in the process, listening to our opinion and adjust accordingly. Second guy is a bit drama, but he is very good at towing. Recommended for AAA service in this area.

AAA sent Westside Tow out for my van that caught fire this morning and they showed up right away. The driver Rafael was so calm and efficient he put me at ease. Great experience.

This services saved me. I was in a parking garage on P1 where the clearance was 7’. I was turned down 3x by 3 different companies including AAA. Spent over 7 hours there waiting for tow trucks only to be denied. Until I called Saar Shani Towing. In 45 min he had the NICEST & most professional driver Tom (30 years experience) who left his family to come help me ON A SUNDAY!!!! He was quick, professional & an extremely talented. It took less than 3 min and my car was out of there & he dropped it off at my desired location with ease. All in all with the 15 min drive to the dealership, we were done in 20 min. I wish I would have called him sooner. 10/10.

I’m so happy. My classic 1968 Mustang Fastback needed to be towed to the shop for big repairs, however I live in a Studio City condo with a super narrow garage ramp to underground parking. I searched everywhere for a tow… even AAA said they wouldn’t even attempt to extract the car out of the parking garage. After 7 calls around town and getting NO after NO I came across Saar Shani towing. He came out right away, gave me a fair price and then went to work. It was amazing… he was a surgeon getting the car and and was super careful. He pulled off the impossible and did it all without complaining. I’m so happy. Use him, especially if you value your car.

He was super nice, and very fast - my car shut down and he brought it to the Mazda deal shop for me with no problem. Very good with communication as well. Thank you :)

He was very considerate with letting me know when he will arrive since it was a very long drive. He gave me updates of where he was during heavy traffic. When he arrived, he made sure that my car was delivered safely and parked where I wanted it. It was a pleasure meeting you Ray and I will not hesitate to use your services again. Glad to see that they actually released my friends car to me even without me being on title as long as I had my Driver License on hand. All tow yards and cops should do that instead of forcing the title change as come-on on top of the tow fee geeze we are all not rich. Thank you for giving us a reasonable solution. 5 stars!

Ray was my driver and he was so professional and he faster than I expected like a whole hour faster and cheaper than other tow trucks I highly recommend this tow truck company they are the best
