River Oaks

I moved to this apartment over a year ago and it has been a wonderful experience. The fist building they had us in was too close to the train so at the end of our lease we asked to be transferred to a new building, and they did it happily. The building we are currently in is exactly the same layout as the first, we hardly ever have any problems and if there is any maintenance issue they fix it right away. It’s a very safe environment and they even have a dog park and a running track. I use the gym frequently, it’s always nice and clean. Overall 10/10 recommend.

Love love love this place! Where I used to live had breed restrictions and ridiculous hours for the gym. I work odd hours and really love to get my work outs in so the fact that they are open 24 hours is amazing in itself. They also got a new maintenance guy named Antonio and he was so courteous and nice when he came to fix my sink! Overall this is the best place that I’ve lived at so far. The manager Courtney is a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this place to all my friends.

I enjoyed my visit.... Serena was amazing. The fitness room was cozy and well equipped, And my pet skunk really loves the properties walking and jogging trail adjacent to Nolan Creek.
