THE REMINGTON APARTMENTS REVIEWS

Great place to stay if you’re military, law enforcement, or anything of the sort. Not only is the apartment complex supportive of the before mentioned, but a lot of military and police officers alike live there; giving you both a sense of security and the ability to be around like minded people. Anytime there was ever an issue with something such as the AC, the apartment staff quickly and efficiently always responded and took care of the issues. I have nothing but good things to say about the apartment complex. It is secluded to the point where you don’t have to deal with the typical Killeen drama, yet close enough to base and everywhere you may need to go that it truly makes The Remington a diamond in the rough place to live if you’re looking to rent.

Although I have been living here for only two weeks, I have had good experience with the staff members. All the employees, from the office to maintenance crew, are very nice and professional. The apartments are a little bit outdated, but very clean. There were some issues with my apartment. The office would always put the work order in immediately and the maintenance crew would come immediately. I pcsed here, so I went through the application process fully online. It was very convenient. It's very close to Fort Hood, Killeen, but the area seems safe and quiet.

Talked to Sarah about an apartment here, and let me say she is the most knowledgeable and professional person I have talked to. Answered all of my questions and didn’t get annoyed when I had multiple more lol. The community is quiet and nice. Shoutout to Sarah for my amazing experience.

UPDATE ON THE BOTTOM. (THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN FIXED. There have been nonstop people smoking weed at the pool. Also people that don’t live here playing on the basketball court leaving a huge mess every weekend.) UPDATE ON REVIEW. the office is very helpful on situations. All in all a good place to live. ANOTHER UPDATE. Changed it to 4 stars, it is a nice place to live, very nice and accommodating staff that work here. They try really hard to please as many people as possible while trying to maintain a safe and respectful place for the community.

Ms Janae Gray did a wonderful job showing me apartments and providing me with all the necessary information needed to make a decision. Customer service was amazing with all the workers from the head manager, assistant manager and both property managers. Overall I am happy and pleased with my apartment. Definitely is a bonus that the apartment comes with a washer and dryer. The apartment are extremely affordable and they give you the opportunity to pay your deposit within your monthly rent.

I’ve currently lived at independence place for over 2+ years. The staff have continued to improve my stay and keep us informed with information. It’s nice to have loving staff that greet us with smiles and respect and is in-tuned with the community.

We've lived here for a little over a year, going on two. And honestly probably more. I do NOT understand all these reviews under 5 stars, it's sad because this place has been and is still amazing! I've not seen ANY roaches, or mold, or water damage since I've been here...so I don't why others have. Management is awesome, the office staff is awesome, and even the Maintenance staff is awesome! We've had ZERO issues with this place! We love it here at Century! Our absolute FAVORITE thing about living here is that since we've moved in they've been improving on everything! Also, it's VERY quiet here! Another blessing, especially living in a massive city like Killeen. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this place as a home!.

Century Plaza is a super place to live. It sits close to downtown Killeen, Fort Hood and Shopping. It is 1 hour from Austin, 1 hour from Waco and 2 hours from Dallas. Shopping, dining and entertainment are all near you. There is a dog park and a playground for children. In addition, there are two community parks a short distance. There is a game room, workout area, 2 swimming pools. 4 laundry rooms are on site. There is WiFi available at the pool. All this is well kept. The office and maintenance people are all very friendly and helpful. There are activities for the residents each month. There is onsite security. Enter to this gated community through pass-code gates. This is a must see complex. You will love what you see and being a part of this family like living.

matinenece is amazing every time i have called they have been here in a timely matter the office staff is kind and sweet answer your questions it’s a very quiet and nice place to stay so far the worked with me and got me in here fast.
