HAWTHORN EXTENDED STAY BY WYNDHAM KILLEEN REVIEWS

We came for an event that was hosted in the ballroom, man the managers David and Xavier, you were awesome, awesome job setting up and very friendly to deal with, we stayed and ate the next morning before rolling out and they manager the restaurant food was awesome as well, Thank you guys for being so professional and courteous through everything. I wish you nothing but great blessings and prosperity in all that your doing, don't change ever your on a road that is successful, take it from a another entrepreneur you guys are an awesome team.

I spent 30 days at the Shilo Inn. The service was exceptional at the front desk and room service. The hotel as a whole needs a very needed renovation. The toilets did not want to flush, called maintenance he was there and had it fixed within minutes, but it needed an upgrade. The carpets were frayed, and the mattress had as many lumps as a bowl of oatmeal. I also bought my own coffee maker.

I really like the king room with the full-size kitchen. I just wish that it had a small dish and hand dish towel, also or dishwasher detergent.

We had the absolute best experience working with Shayna and her amazing staff at the Courtyard Hotel. From start to finish, everyone was kind, helpful, and made us feel completely at ease. The event space was spotless and beautifully set up. They truly thought of everything. To make it even more special, Emmett proposed to me there. It was the most beautiful surprise, and Shayna and the team helped make that moment feel magical. Everyone also loved the food. Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was. We are so thankful to Shayna and the entire staff for helping us create such a meaningful and unforgettable experience.

Because of a job travel, I have been there for over 4 weeks. It’s a very good hotel with a nice pool, gym, 24 hours laundry room, lobby and a bar-restaurant for breakfast + dinner. Everything was clean and the bed rooms were so awesome big! The hotel personal was always friendly and helpful! The bar-restaurant offers also good Starbucks coffee.

We hosted a hiring event here and were very happy with the service we received. Multiple staff came around throughout the event day to assure we had everything we needed. Will definitely hold events like this here again! The location was decent, allowing a good turnout.

This review is to praise the exceptional customer service shown to me by the front desk employee, Chance. It’s not an easy task dealing with people and handling their every need, but Chance does this with ease and they are lucky to have him working here. Truly appreciate his hard work and dedication to his job.

One of the best hotels I have stayed out. The front desk employee Chance was friendly and professional. He had me checked in with my card and all the info I needed in less than 5 mins. I will definitely be staying here again.

Just needed a place for the night. Guy at the desk was friendly, the room was clean, dark, and quiet, and the breakfast was what I expected. Good stay.
