I was not even a customer but someone whose car just stopped working right at the very corner of S WS Young & Veterans Memorial yesterday. There was a tow truck behind me at one point in time and it turns out that the tow driver called his boss and his boss sent a flat bed and tow driver Connor to help me get off the corner snd to a safe spot until my insurance sent a tow for me. All three of you are TOP TIER in your care for humanity. The selfless acts of kindness from all of you deserve to be acknowledged! Thank you Connor for your selfless labor in the heat, especially since my car had lost all power. You worked with such diligence and concern. Even offering to stand and redirect traffic when you learned that I had a tow coming and taking it a step further to get me out of harms way. I will not forget your kindness. Thank you so much.

Today’s my car broke down in Killeen on a random side road in 100 degree heat. Of course I called three other companies before I found this company. And I couldn’t have been more happy that I did. One company didn’t answer there phone at all, one company wanted to charge me almost $300 dollars for a in town tow and one company wanted to have me wait 2 1/2 hours for them to get there. My driver was there in no more than a half hour and he was super friendly and helpful. They only charged me $85.This is the whole tow truck company I will ever call around here. Thank you so much.
