The best experience I’ve had with a tow! My insurance tow service said it was going to be 2 hours before they could even come. Bills towing was able to pick it up and drop it off within an hour of me calling. They dropped it off to the dealership and since we couldn’t wait for the driver, it was so reassuring that they sent photos with the invoice showing all the steps and even photos of them putting the keys in the drop box at the dealership. I will now recommend them to everyone!

We were locked out of one of our vehicles late this evening and was booked here through AAA. Billy promptly called to let us know he was on the way and showed up about in about 15 minutes. That was much sooner than the time AAA quoted us. He was able to get the truck unlocked, and was very friendly and professional! We took his card in case we need his services again in the future. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

AAA told me that the tow truck would take 90mins but Billy came and saved the day in 20minutes. Billy was extremely kind, told me what the issue was and quickly loaded the car up on the bed. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend any day.

I hit a Rock on bunny trail popped my tire Richard is the dispatcher for action towing and recovery. I work for Uber and they called all 8 of there towers to help none of them would come help me. It's ok tho cause he personally came got me and my car with his tow truck took me to get my tire fixed and explained to the tire people what happened he got me taken care of and stayed with me. He said people that wait a long time for a tow tend to yell at him but I told him he didn't put the rock in the road I appreciate the fact that I was stuck and he came to the rescue it takes time to get to people he wasn't even in network with Uber but came to help all the same if your stuck on the side of the road call action towing and recovery they are amazing what a way to show people care he went above and beyond we shared a few stores on the way to get the tire fixed he is 72 and still working hard top of his A game he is my hero and guardian and I truly hope he knows that I am soooooo very thankful and I will be using them if I'm ever stranded. Showing you care is important.

Never fun to have your car towed for any reason but the owner operater was very nice and helpful.
