I ordered some flowers to be sent to my sister in Texas, I’m in Arkansas. I called them (because their website was a bit tricky), and Ray, the lady who helped me, was super kind and got everything squared away for me. I got a confirmation that the flowers had been delivered, but it turns out, the flowers were delivered to the wrong address. **That was totally on me—I entered the wrong address when I ordered.*** I called Ray to find out where the flowers went and so I could get my sister to pick them up. She contacted the delivery service, and they said they delivered to the ‘right’ address. The thing was, the address I entered didn’t even exist! After some back and forth, Ray told me the delivery company should have called my sister (since her number was on the order) before leaving the flowers at an incorrect address. The best part Ray didn’t just brush it off. She re-sent the flowers to the correct address, no questions asked! She said it’s common sense to verify the delivery info with the customer before leaving them at an address not even on the order. I just want to highlight how important good customer service is—especially when customers make mistakes. Ray could have easily said it was my fault and I was out of luck, but instead, she went above and beyond to make things right. That’s the kind of service that truly stands out.

I ordered both of these arrangements late January to be delivered on Valentine’s day for my mother and sister, they arrived early morning and were just as beautiful as the pictures. All together with delivery as well I payed about 150, the cards had had each personalized message exactly as written. My new go to in killeen for flowers for sure.
