Studio One Apartments

I am a new resident and have had a great experience so far. Really like the modern feel and updated features in our unit as well as throughout the building itself. The whole office staff has been very pleasant to work with and seem to have genuine interest in making this a great place to live. John S. was incredibly helpful and took care of us throughout the whole process, always replying promptly and making sure all of our questions were answered. Looking forward to living here!

Great location! With parking garage attached! Had my daughter live here for first year of medical school and was very convenient to restaurants and an easy walk to school however the best part of my experience was working with Kati such professionalism and kindness! Kati will go out of her way to make sure that you have a great experience at studio one.

These are the best apartments you will find in Detroit for the price. Incredible location, responsive management and very clean. John is an excellent property manager! If there was any negative it would be the noise from starters on a weekend but it wasn’t a big deal for us.
